| Shiratamako | 3/4 Cup |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon |
Notes
- Mix all the ingredients in a microwave ready bowl and cover it with a plastic wrap.
- Place it in the microwave for 1 minute and then mix.
- Repeat again for another 1 minute.
- Repeat again for another 30s.
- Cover working area with potato starch then transfer mochi
- Have a lot of potato starch available. Whenever the mochi gets sticky (whenever it's stretch) slap it with more starch
